Smart Robotics develops intelligent, robot-independent software for the fast and flexible deployment of robots and cobots in various logistics - and production processes all over the globe. With our AI software we develop intelligent pick-and-place robot solutions that can handle millions of different items. We are looking for the best colleague to join our team as a Service Engineer, who can WOW our customers by using your strong technical and good communication skills in providing the best in class customer service!

What you will do include:

  • Responsible for the installation of the robot at the client’s location
  • Own the customer experience through the life cycle from installation through end-of-support
  • Providing technical support to the customer by phone or email
  • Provide corrective maintenance for minor and major problems at client’s site or remote
  • Processing and keeping the ticket system up to date
  • You will drive continuous improvement initiatives in the processes related to field services and product development

Job requirements

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor or MBO in technical field (eg mechatronics/electrical engineering).
  • Very good communication skills
  • Proven experience in maintenance and installation of technical complex systems
  • You have a high degree of self-reliance and problem-solving ability.
  • You are service-oriented and are only 100% satisfied if the customer is too.
  • Available for 36-40 hours a week.
  • A valid driving license B.
  • Willingness to travel to clients 
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, verbal and written
