Projectmanager

As a Project Manager at Smart Robotics, you are responsible for overseeing our customer projects. You ensure that everything from order to delivery is executed according to plan, delivering both standard systems and custom installations that make our clients happy. These products are technically complex systems, where AI-based software and mechatronic hardware work closely together.

You are capable of communicating at various levels with both internal and external stakeholders. In addition to maintaining close contact with the client regarding the direction of the project, you also act as a bridge — translating between the commercial, development, and customer success teams.

Smart Robotics develops robot-independent intelligent software for robots. These robots can be deployed at various points in the logistics and production process. With this concept, we respond to the growing demand for flexible robotics across different markets and currently serve customers all over the world. The close-knit and flexible culture that emerged when Smart Robotics was founded is still very much present within our team.

• You are experienced in the role of Project Manager and bring at least 5 years of relevant work experience.

• You have a can-do mentality and know how to get things done.

• Planning and organizing come naturally to you, and you always maintain oversight.

• You are a strong communicator and able to operate at various levels.

• You can work both independently and as part of a team.

• You don’t shy away from conflict but rather see it as a challenge to resolve.

• A technical background or experience in a technical environment is essential.

• You are fluent in both Dutch and English.
